  • Survey your existing Patients to find out how they perceive:
  • Their needs and desires in their treatment plan and progress
  • Their experience with the Practice
  • Specifics about avenues of communications and responses
  • How has the Practice not met there needs and desires?
  • Do they feel as if they understand their treatment plan and health issues enough to be comfortable with the process
  • Do they feel their experience is consistent?
  • Do they feel Safe or Cared For
  • Do they feel the Practice is competent?   

The closer your Practice comes to meeting and exceeding their perceived expectations the more your Practice will ?Sell? itself.
