Premise 3 - Your Staff

Premises 3 ? Your Staff is your next most Cherished Asset

Your Staff is responsible for the largest percentage of Patient contact and support.

Survey your Staff to find their feeling and ideas about:

  • What they feel the Patients need and desire
  • How they feel they could better serve the Patients
  • What is not working for them and suggestions for improvement?
  • Is there any procedure or process that they do, but don?t understand
  • What would make them feel better about their jobs?
  • What is their Vision of what the Practice should be like?

Your Staff also does many of the tasks and may have insights into redundant, ineffective and unattended tasks. In asking their opinion you have opened the door to get ?buy-in? from those who will have to implement any changes. If done in a ?safe? environment, you may be rewarded with many directions to explore and also several easy to implement ideas.

Premise 4 ? Integrating your Marketing with Management - A positive effect on your Bottom Line
